4. Orders & Fulfillment
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team personally inspects and prepares every item before it is dispatched. We strive to process orders promptly. MC MALIHA YAMNA LUXE reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
5. Shipping
We ship from Ontario, Canada. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. MC MALIHA YAMNA LUXE is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handoff to the carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
All sales are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Refunds are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items received, reported within 14 days with photo evidence. We do not accept returns for size issues or change of mind. Please review our full Refund Policy for details.
