EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item on your order, for any reason, without needing to provide an explanation.
- Submit your request within the 14-day window via your customer account
- If you checked out with a phone number only, use the return link in your SMS confirmation
- Once notified, you have 14 days to return the item
- Refund issued within 14 days of receiving the return, including standard outbound shipping
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Exemptions: Customized or personalized items; sealed goods opened and not returnable for hygiene reasons.

- Change of mind (outside EU) — We do not accept returns for personal preference or change of mind.
